Sessions are 45–60 minutes and entirely 1-on-1 with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. They typically include hands-on manual therapy, customized therapeutic exercise, movement coaching, and education. You'll never be left with a technician or doing exercises alone while your therapist sees another patient.
